Our line of products range from a simple in line UFM variable area “Insite” transparent tube with sharp edge piston and graduated printed scale on the tube to remotely mounted non intrusive electromagnetic flow meters with various electronic outputs. For many years, the UFM vane and piston type flow rate indicator has been the product chosen to protect costly bearings for a wide range of heavy machinery manufacturers from serious damage due to a lack of lubricating oil.

These flow meters are typically equipped with one or two field adjustable heavy duty switches and/or a 4-20 ma output signal. The “Coolpoint” vortex shedding meter is available in various materials of construction including a low cost PVC version. These meters, with no moving parts, have a bright LED display and offer a 4-20 ma output, switch set points, or scaled pulse output. The “Coolpoint” flow rate indicator is best suited for water or very low viscosity liquids where other meter types such as paddle wheels, will not handle the fluid conditions.

For compressed air and nitrogen applications, we offer a mass velocity “clamp on” flow rate meter with two sensing probes for schedule 40 pipe sizes from 0.5” to 6” with no moving parts. This meter has a bright LED display, milliamp and pulse outputs, and optional RS-485 communication at a very low price. We have been specifying and selling flow rate monitors for over 30 years.
